1. Application for Residence Permit – Student
2. D-Visa application (national visa for entry)

• VFS Global (Austria)
Must be valid for at least 12 months
• Must have 2 blank pages
• Bring photocopies of all pages including stamps • PSA-issued
• Apostilled by DFAAustria requires students to show enough money to live in Austria.
Minimum Required (2024–2025 estimates):
• Student under 24 years old: ~€613/month → €7,356/year
• Student 24+ years old: ~€1,110/month → €13,320/year
• Plus: Housing deposit (~€1,000–€1,500 )
Acceptable proof:
• Bank statement (last 6 months)
• Bank certificate
• Proof of scholarship
• Affidavit of support from parents
• Sponsor letter with sponsor’s income & bank proof
