Terms and Conditions (T&C) – Studviz

1. Scope
   These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the online platform Studviz, accessible at https://studviz.com.

Studviz allows registered users to create accounts, set up profiles, and communicate with other users via an internal messaging and chat function.

By registering and using Studviz, users agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Registration and User Account
   (1) Certain features of Studviz require registration.
   (2) Users must provide truthful and complete information.
   (3) Each user may create only one account. Multiple accounts may be suspended or deleted.
   (4) Login credentials must be kept confidential. Studviz is not liable for damages caused by misuse.
4. Use of the Platform
   (1) Studviz may only be used in compliance with applicable laws.
   (2) In particular, it is prohibited to distribute illegal, offensive, discriminatory content, spam, advertising, malware, phishing links, or content that infringes third-party rights.
   (3) Studviz reserves the right to remove content or suspend users.
5. Messaging and Chat Function
   (1) Studviz provides private messaging and chat functions.
   (2) Messages are visible only to the participating users.
   (3) Studviz is not responsible for user-generated chat content.
   (4) In case of violations, Studviz may review, block, or delete messages as legally permitted.
6. User Content
   (1) Users are responsible for the content they provide.
   (2) By uploading content, users grant Studviz a non-exclusive right of use necessary to operate the platform.
   (3) Third-party rights must not be violated.
7. Suspension and Termination
   (1) Studviz may suspend or delete accounts in case of violations.
   (2) Users may delete their account at any time.
   (3) After deletion, access to platform functions ends.
8. Liability
   (1) Studviz is liable only for intent or gross negligence.
   (2) No liability is assumed for user content or actions.
   (3) Continuous availability is not guaranteed.
9. Data Protection
   Personal data is processed in accordance with Studviz’s Privacy Policy: https://studviz.com/privacy
10. Changes to the Terms
    Studviz may amend these Terms at any time.
    If users do not object within 14 days, the changes are deemed accepted.
11. Applicable Law
    Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
12. Jurisdiction
    Jurisdiction is the provider’s registered office in Austria, where legally permitted.
13. Severability Clause
    If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
